Spell checked and grammatically correct.

Adverts can be rejected should it not comply with the specifications set out above. Advertisers can resubmit adverts before the copy deadline if an advert was rejected.

1. Bookmark:

This advert can be designed in both portrait or landscape formats.

Trim size – 80 x 50mm

2. Double Page Spread:

Two A6 pages side by side in a landscape format.

Advertising space can now be booked for the next annual issue of the Little Pink Book. The 3rd issue for the Western Cape and the 2nd issue for Gauteng will be on sale from the end of August 2010. Both issues of the Little Pink Book are area spesific and contains information and details only relevant to the province that the book is distributed in.

Book size and spesifications:

Closed, the book is half the size of a conventional A5 diary. It opens up to two landscape A6 pages side by side and consists of 240 pages. It has a hard cover, covered with a luxury pink textured paper. Adverts and articles are printed of quality glossy paper and Non-Smudging paper is provided for notes. 4000 Copies of the Western Cape edition and 4000 Copies of the Gauteng edition will be printed. The Little Pink Book is printed annually.

Book Advertising Options

There are 6 book advertising options to choose from. More than one type of advert can be taken in conjunction to increase exposure throughout the book.

The number of advertisers per category is limited to 12. This ensures only the highest quality suppliers as well as a balanced book. This rule does not apply to the Venues category where, we list the top 40 venues in the region.

1. Bookmark:

The Bookmark is the highest from of exposure you can get in the Little Pink Book. It is the size of a normal business card and space is available on one or both sides.

Better rates can be negotiated when one company takes the bookmark for both the Western Cape and the Gauteng issues.

2. Double Page Spread:

Two A6 pages side by side in a landscape format. Apart from the bookmark, this is the highest form of exposure you can get in the Little Pink Book. Get pricing information on booking a Double page spread for your company.

3. Coordinator Listing:

Gauteng and the Western Cape arguably have the top wedding coordinators in South Africa. By booking a coordinator listing spot, your details will be listed with top coordinators like Aleit Weddings, Absolute Weddings,By Word of Mouth and Wedding Concepts.

There is a limit of 12 Coordinator listing spots per issue and advertising applications can now be made. Successful applicants will be notified within a week of application. All listing come with a free standard online listing on LittlePinkBook.co.za. Make an application.

4. Venue Listing:

The Venue listing section in the Little Pink Book is one of the features that stands out. It enables the reader to do quick comparrisons of the top 40 venues in the region.

The cleverly designed icons makes it easy to see the most important features and amenities with a single glance. The listing also allows for a short description, contact details and website.

5. Full Page

The Full Page Advertising spot is the most popular option for advertising in the Book. When you open the Little Pink Book, a full page spot will cover one half of the open book – thus an A6 size page. A limited number of full pages are taken per category.

6. Directory Listing

The Directory Listing is the most basic form of advertising in the Little Pink Book. No more than 15 suppliers will be listed per category and preference will be given to advertisers that also book one of the other 5 options of advertising. Not all applications for directory listings will be successful as we need to maintain the good standard that the Little Pink Book is reputed for.
