Stellenbosch Wedding

Diary Entry – 15 December: Annabelle & Andre’s wedding at Nooitgedacht Estate in Stellenbosch. At the bridal preparations the Canon 1D MK4 fell so hard the rugged aluminum body cracked open – luckily it was still 100% usable!

Cameratek saved our butts by giving us a loan camera for the 8 other weddings we had lined up for the rest of December! Mental note – never climb on bed again to take photos of a wedding dress – be extra careful when jumping off!!!

I won’t bore you with the rest of the details – All I can say is that after that fall, things got a lot better! Nooitgedacht is a fab wedding venue! – so much to work with! My favourite images of the day are the ones taken of the bride in the secret garden round the back of the manor house. Enjoy!
